Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, personable and organized front desk administrator to help with general flow in the clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in a health based office setting and possess strong organizational skills.
As the Clinic Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly, providing excellent patient care, and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage daily clinic operations
- Offer a warm and welcoming reception atmosphere
- Oversee scheduling of appointments
- Handle phone, email and JaneApp booking system
- Utilize JaneApp software for booking, direct billing and charting.
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks, including billing and invoicing processes.
- Assist the therapist occasionally with sanitizing treatment rooms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a health field
- Strong team player and compassionate
- Proficiency in JaneApp, Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in proofreading tasks.
- Experience with direct billing to EHB plans and HCAI required in JaneApp required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike.
Hours and compensation to be determined based on experience.
