Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic, and very busy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high pressure environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional guest experience at our restaurant
Duties
- Supervise front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Handle restaurant reservations and walk in guests.
- Assist our restaurant managers in training, while keeping an eye on cleanliness etc.
- Train new front desk employees on procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred.
- Available Monday to Friday during the day plus some nights and weekends
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively.
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is essential.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and restaurant services is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
