As the face of our wellness facility, Hosts warmly welcome guests, introduce them to our wellness space, and ensure a memorable, rejuvenating experience. This customer-facing role supports daily operations including guest check-ins, tours, phone/email inquiries, and collaboration with various teams (facilitators, restaurant, maintenance). Hosts are expected to embody the calm and mindful energy of our spacce, with a strong passion for wellness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide guests through the wellness experience
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, on the phone, via email and throughout the space
- Support booking, POS, guest inquiries, and membership accounts
- Collaborate across departments and assist with operational needs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a serene environment
- Uphold our values and contribute to building a connected community
- Learn our Wellness Programming for our guests who need a more guided journey
- Additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- 1+ year in customer service (wellness/hospitality a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Calm, empathetic, and guest-focused approach
- Available mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
