Overview
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for a seasonal motel. The role includeds customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Must live in the south shore of Nova Scotia.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide information about services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
