We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual with a warm personality to join our VERY BUSY & FAST PACED dental practice to help our administrative team.We are open to an RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) joining our team as a receptionist.
The dental receptionist would play a key role in aiding the team to ensure a seamless run practice.
Duties would include, but not limited to:
1. Act as a first and last point of contact at our office with outstanding customer service
2. Efficiently Scheduling Appointments with minimal gaps in the schedule
3. Working with Dental Insurance plans for Billing and Treatment Planning
4. Collect and Process Payments and Maintaining Financial Records
5. Managing Patient Referrals
Requirements to Apply for the Position:
1. A Great Attitude
2. Experience in a Dental Administrative or Dental Assistant role
3. Knowledge of Tracker or Ability to Easily Adapt to a New Software
4. Great verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to Efficiently Work with Technology
6. Willingness to work two evenings a week and two Saturdays a month
