We’re looking for a creative and strategic freelance Social Media & Ads Manager to help elevate our visibility and drive traffic through engaging content and paid campaigns.
Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As our Social Media Ads & Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating posts and graphics, managing paid ads, and boosting campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and website channels (Meta ads, Google Display, etc.). Your work will help grow our brand presence, increase foot traffic, and promote events and promotions and other creative activations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, ads) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Design visually engaging graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Write compelling ad copy and captions that reflect the brand voice.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across:
- Instagram & Facebook (via Meta Ads Manager)
- TikTok Ads
- Google Display/Website Ads (if applicable)
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and suggestions.
- Stay on top of platform trends and adjust content strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate directly with the owner to align content with promotional goals
- Conduct SEO research to enhance the discoverability of content across search engines.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years managing social media content and ads for small businesses or entertainment brands.
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven results from managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and basic website/Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and ad performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for staying current with social media trends and innovations.
- Bonus: Experience with family entertainment, tourism, or retail marketing
