Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and providing additional support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
