We are looking for an experienced team and customer oriented individual to join management at Hook Line & Sinker.
This job will be a balance of serving, bartending, and overseeing customer needs as well as management of staff.

Whether it's fish and chips, shareables or creative handhelds, paired with craft beers, specialty cocktails or a glass of wine, we offer something for everyone with our carefully selected menu.
Guests are served on our outdoor waterfront patio that flows into our open-concept seating area bringing focus to simplicity through tasty quality product and speed of service.

Duties and responsibilities
- Greeting custumers in a friendly and timely maner
- Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients we use
- Recording guest orders
- Ability to memorzie drink and food builds
- Manage high volume customer traffic in an efficient and courteous manner
- Manage staff in a profesional manner and help them meet business needs through support and proper time allocation of breaks etc.
- To have general oversight and awareness of all customers and goings on of the restaurant.
- Other duties ie. cleaning, clearing, running, standard restaurant tasks
- Be able to lead by example as well as know when to delegate
Qualifications
- 4+ years of serving experience
- 1+ year of restaurant management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Smart Serve certification
- Ability to multitask
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move/lift 50lbs
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
