Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with experience in the restaurant or food industry. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment as needed, including grills, ovens, and coffee machines (barista experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the food service operation.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
