Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in both fine dining and nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional service to our guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or catering functions.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol consumption.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or other point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet services is a plus.
