Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining areas.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$17.40 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
