- Minimum of 3-5 years serving experience in a similar high volume environment
- Must be able to take accountability and empower themselves to solve guest concern.
- Ability to be a leader and lead by example .
- Proven track record of creating world-class experiences.
- Must have basic wine and food knowledge
- Must be Smart Serve certified
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evening and weekends.
