We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Supervise and train staff, including servers and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with management for reorders as necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Proficient in supervising daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Ability to assist cooks during peak times or when additional help is needed in the kitchen.
