Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee food handling and preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Assist with interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any issues that arise during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling, and preparation techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
