Forno Cultura is a 3rd generation bakery founded in April 2013 by Andrea Mastrandrea. As an architect with family history in the baking and culinary arts, Andrea came back easily to make a space that connects people with food, in an honest, simple way. The design concept of Forno Cultura is open and transparent letting people into the process of baking. The collection of foods includes both sweet and savoury and a landscape of the highest quality ingredients coming together to make exceptional tastes.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTATIONS
Maintain Forno’s brand integrity as the chief brand ambassador. Your main focus will be on ushering a fun, happy, inclusive, energetic and engaged hospitality and food environment by being the chief happiness officer of the team, ensuring they are having the most fun at all times.
HOSPITALITY
- Ensure service standards are at industry best and team is creating lasting relationships
- Increasing client engagement and service aptitude
- Be in charge of health and safety standards and up to date certifications
OPERATIONS
- Ensure operations efficiency by managing all aspects of PRODUCTS:
- Organizing and ordering of food supplies daily or as needed
- Maintain and exceed daily sales goals
- Maintain labour costs at an assigned weekly target
WASTE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure correct management of waste including waste minimization
MAINTAINANCE
- Maintain Store Cleanliness and Operations efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
