Kingdom Flooring Mississauga is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or building supplies and be passionate about helping customers find the right materials for their projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing expert advice on flooring.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of product features, benefits, and inventory levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is a asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills..
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory tracking.
- Knowledge of flooring is a plus.
