Beyond Hospitality Group is now hiring floor managers for multiple restaurant locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day to day operation of restaurant
- Follow all food safety rules and regulations
- Interact with guests and deal with arising issues
- Take care of onboarding and training of new employees
- Operate all implemented programs, such as POS, scheduling, reservations, etc.
- Data entry
- Conflict resolution
Experience:
- Hospitality management experience a must
- Effective team leadership and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with spreadsheets and documents
