We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team. Duties
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into databases and ERP systems
- Collect, categorize, and file documents according to established procedures
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, copying, and scanning documents
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling sensitive information
- Support administrative staff with various projects as needed
- Conduct regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications is essential
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in data entry and typing with high accuracy rates
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
