Are you a driven, outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Halton Hills and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll go door-to-door to engage homeowners, promote our services, generate leads, and close sales.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and connect with potential clients.
- Present and explain services clearly and confidently.
- Build rapport, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Track leads and sales activity using CRM tools (e.g., Homebase360).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Share feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in field or door-to-door sales an asset but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is an asset.
- Valid G2/G license and reliable transportation.
- Resilient and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
