We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team in Kelowna. Responsibilities
- Construct and install custom cedar fencing according to project specifications.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Assist with the training of new team members as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the building process.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required; we will train the right individual.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is an asset.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
