Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand and power tools. As a Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing structures and components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Construct, assemble, and install structures and fixtures using various materials such as wood and aluminum.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to ensure accurate fitting and alignment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the building process and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn. TRAINING PROVIDED!
- Ability to read a measuring tape.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.
