Job Summary:
We’re hiring full-time Feedlot Laborers to help maintain our facilities, care for cattle, and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a physical, hands-on job for someone who likes being outdoors, working with animals, and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do:
Cattle Handling & Processing
- Help move cattle through the yard safely and humanely
- Monitor cattle health and report any concerns
- Assist with weighing, tagging, and sorting cattle
Yard & Facility Maintenance
- Clean pens, feeding areas, and maintain fences and water systems
- Help maintain equipment and yard infrastructure
- Perform general yard and grounds maintenance
Teamwork & Safety
- Show up on time and ready to work each day
- Follow all safety rules and help keep the workplace safe
- Work closely with supervisors and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, trainable, and hard-working
- Willing to work 10+ hours a day in all weather conditions
- Comfortable around animals and able to lift 50+ lbs
- No experience necessary – we will train the right person
