NOW HIRING – Skilled Laborer (Telecommunications Field)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable skilled laborer to join our team in the telecommunications field. This is a hands-on role involving physical labor and technical support for field operations.
Scope of Work Includes:
* Operating a jetter for cable installation
* Assisting with fibre optic pulling and blowing
* Supporting splicing crews and preparing cable for splicing
* Manual and mechanical trenching
* Conduit installation and backfilling
* General site preparation and cleanup
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with all aspects of telecom infrastructure work
* Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a safe and clean job site
* Support field technicians with various tasks as required
Requirements:
* Experience in telecommunications, construction, or civil work preferred
* Physically capable of lifting, digging, and working outdoors
* Valid driver’s license (Class G2/G)
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Safety certifications (CSTS, First Aid, Fall Protection) are an asset
