We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our farm, ensuring that crops are cultivated, maintained, and harvested efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a willingness to learn and adapt to various farming tasks.
Responsibilities
- Shop time and Shop maintenance
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and other heavy equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various farming activities.
- Conduct basic math calculations for measuring land areas, crop yields, and inventory management.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required during planting and harvesting seasons.
- Follow safety protocols while operating heavy machinery and working in the field.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on farm equipment.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations related to farming tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all farming activities.
- 1A valid drivers license

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
