Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? Stonemont Retirement Lifestyle is seeking a Facility Maintenance Associate to support the day-to-day maintenance of our beautiful, modern retirement residence.
As part of our Environmental Services team, you’ll help ensure the building is safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for the seniors who call it home. From minor repairs and preventative maintenance to assisting with room turnover and responding to work orders, your role is essential in creating a clean, functional, and comfortable living environment.
What You'll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance, painting and minor repairs .
- Support preventative maintenance and inspections of building systems
- Respond to service requests in a timely and respectful manner
- Ensure resident suites and common areas are safe and well maintained
- Support emergency response procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the Environmental Services Manager and team on facility upkeep
What You Bring:
- Hands-on skills and comfort with tools and basic building systems
- A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Respectful and professional communication, especially with seniors
- Experience in maintenance or facility services is an asset
- Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 48 per week
