Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Meat Cutter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat products for our customers, ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met. Your expertise in butchery and customer service will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional products and experiences to our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Perform meat cutting and butchery tasks, including portioning, trimming, and preparing various cuts of meat.
- Ensure all meat products are handled and stored according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Package meat products attractively for display and sale while ensuring freshness.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional service.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate needs for restocking as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Meat Cutting (2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Proficient in meat cutting techniques with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Kitchen experience is a plus, showcasing familiarity with culinary processes and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
