EXPERIENCED line cook or prep assistant required immediately! Be part of something remarkable at Hudson Public, MUST have extensive experience as line cook/sous chef and be well-versed in prep. Compensation to be decided based on experience and talent. MUST have experience opening/closing and be capable of working independently and with others in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
