Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
- Participate in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Food Safe Level One required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
