A brand-new Italian restaurant in the heart of Inglewood, Calgary is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our team!
Our restaurant is modern Italian dining that blends traditional cooking with local flair. If you're passionate about Italian cuisine, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and want to be part of something great, we want to hear from you.
Operating hours will be Tuesday through Satruday.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Assist with daily prep, kitchen setup, and inventory tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to support smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Italian cooking is required
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar line cook role
- Strong attention to detail and kitchen organization
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Safe certification is an asset
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
