We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling practices.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all dishes are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and storing supplies properly.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning duties and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment used in restaurant settings.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
