Local Store Marketing Coordinator
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Local Store Marketing Coordinator to drive our in‑market outreach and content creation efforts. You’ll partner with our store teams to build buzz in the community, develop engaging video assets, and keep all local marketing campaigns running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify and engage local businesses, schools, and organizations for co‑promotions and sponsorships
- Represent the store at community events, farmers’ markets, and pop‑ups
- Cultivate relationships with neighborhood influencers and micro‑partners
- Video & Content Creation
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook) showcasing store events, menu highlights, and behind‑the‑scenes moments
- Collaborate with graphic designers or use tools like Canva to produce still imagery and motion graphics
- Manage a digital asset library: tag, archive, and distribute approved content to the corporate and store teams
- Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Develop and maintain a local marketing calendar, ensuring timely rollout of promotions, contests, and event collateral
- Coordinate in‑store signage, printed flyers, and window decals with vendors and in‑house teams
- Track campaign performance (engagement metrics, foot traffic uplift) and prepare concise weekly/monthly summaries
- Administrative & Organizational Support
- Schedule shoots, vendor meetings, and community events—managing calendars across Google Suite
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking for local marketing initiatives
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—for contracts, media approvals, and performance reports
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years in local or franchise marketing, retail promotions, or a similar coordinator role
- Proven track record producing short‑form social video content end‑to‑end (planning, shooting, editing)
- Exceptional organizational skills: able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines with ease
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities—comfortable networking in person and online
- Proficiency with:
- Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Video editing tools
- Social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Detail‑oriented mindset with an appetite for data—able to track ROI and translate metrics into actionable insights

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
