Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, supporting various administrative functions.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, presentation preparation, and data management.
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems effectively, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, providing a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably as an Executive Assistant or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain discretion at all times.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is preferred.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $54,666.27-$80,428.38 per year
