We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling events and will be responsible for selling and organizing all of our events from start to finish with an emphasis on kids birthday parties and school/camp groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming telephone calls, inquires, emails and provide information on The Bubble's product offerings including kids birthday parties, group events, catering options and special events
- Sell, book and coordinate various events and provide confirmations of same including entry into facility reservation system
- Work with guests following their booking as it relates to coordinating final details of their events - food order, final numbers, any changes etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable, positive and assisting clients to the best of their ability
- Enter payments and prepare invoices into booking software and correspond with guests
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must be able to work Friday-Sunday 9:30AM-5:30PM (24 hours per week, 3 shifts per week)
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills (in person + phone + email)
- At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service or sales role
- Experience with computer reservation systems is an asset
- Microsoft Office Tools
