About the Role
A well-established construction company is seeking a Construction Estimator in Ottawa with 3–5 years of experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is currently working as a Construction Estimator and is interested in taking their career to the next level within a progressive and dynamic team!
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a construction estimating environment within the ICI or high-rise residential market in Ottawa
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in estimating tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel and Procore is ideal
- Strong understanding of construction documents and building practices
- Experience with takeoffs, budget proposals and submissions on projects including schools, hospitals, community centres, rental buildings or any other large-scale construction projects are ideal
- Strong communication skills, French language is not mandatory but considered a strong asset
Project values range from $500,000 to well over $25,000,000.00, please include a project list with your submission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
