- Process and follow up on orders via our EDI web platform to ensure accuracy of content, pricing, quantities, and deliveries;
- Manage the status of documents transmitted via EDI and efficiently resolve rejected items;
- Analyze merchandise discrepancies to complete deliveries and collaborate with various departments for stock replenishment;
- Issue pick tickets and labels to the warehouse to prepare EDI orders for shipment;
- Send ASNs and invoices once orders are completed;
- Respond to EDI customer inquiries and support our customer service department as needed.
Job Requirements
- DEC in administration, logistics, or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of experience (EDI experience is an asset);
- Intermediate Excel skills and solid general IT knowledge;
- Bilingual in French and English, essential for effective collaboration with our clients and representatives across Canada;
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn;
- Well-organized, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
