A fast-paced, growing industrial landscape company is seeking motivated individuals with experience driving heavy vehicles, operating tractors and front-end loaders. The ideal candidate will be skilled in grading and prepping areas for sod installation and comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors, front-end loaders, and other landscape machinery
- Grade and prepare land for sod installation
- Follow project deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Perform repetitive tasks involving heavy lifting and manual labor
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures for personal and team protection
Requirements:
- Valid Class DZ with Air Brakes
- Proven experience with tractors and front-end loaders (required)
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads and extended outdoor work
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
