ABOUT THE ROLE?
We’re looking for drivers to pick up furniture from donors and deliver furniture & housewares to clients in need. 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. This particular shift will be from Tuesday to Saturday !!
We’re a pretty fun group of changemakers driven to make the city a better place by taking donated furniture and housewares and bringing it to people in need.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Operate an 18‐26 ft. truck transporting donated items
- Deliver furniture & housewares to clients or pick up furniture from donors
- Identify destinations, establish routes and maintain schedules
- Load and unload furniture to and from the truck safely
- Install furniture on our showroom floor or inside clients’ homes
- Maintain truck and comply with policies and standards
- Maintain driving records by obtaining receipts, completing driver’s log and truck performance forms digitally
- 8-hour shifts
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US?
- Valid “DZ” Ontario driver’s license preferred or Valid “G” Ontario driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- 3+ years documented experience with commercial vehicles
- Can lift up to 100lbs on a regular basis
- Are able to read and navigate GPS software
- Customer service-focused
- **Weekend availability an asset
