Aeolus Staffing Solutions is actively hiring DZ Drivers for a reputable client in the construction and ready-mix concrete industry. This is a great opportunity for physically capable drivers who are not just looking to sit behind the wheel, but are ready to take on a hands-on, active driving position.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a DZ-class Cement Truck safely and efficiently across multiple GTA locations.
- Deliver concrete to construction sites in Hamilton, Milton, Markham, and Brampton.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and complete driver logs as required.
- Assist with physical tasks on-site as part of the concrete delivery process (e.g., guiding chutes, light shoveling, cleaning).
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and professional service.
- Adhere to company safety policies and transportation regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid DZ license with a clean abstract (CVOR and driver’s record).
- Prior experience driving heavy trucks or mixer trucks preferred, but training will be provided.
- Comfortable with physical work and being outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Reliable and punctual; able to work flexible hours if needed.
