Boone Plumbing and Heating Supply Inc. has been part of the Ottawa Valley landscape since 1937. A leader in the distribution of Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and PVF products, we currently have an opening for an experienced DZ Driver.
General Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-trip inspections
- Complete daily delivery runs
- Check freight, wrap skids
- Loading merchandise for delivery onto company trucks
- Deliver merchandise to customer sites
- Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records
Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Qualifications:
- Valid DZ driver's license and driver's abstract in good standing
- Customer oriented
- Professional and courteous
- Able to follow directions
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Good organization skills
- Good interpersonal skills
The regular shift for this position is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
