Overview
Dig Tech Infrastructure is seeking a reliable and safety-focused DZ Driver to join our growing team. Specializing in earthworks and excavation, we’re looking for a candidate who is experienced in operating dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles to support our field crews and job sites.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain DZ-class vehicles (primarily dump trucks)
- Haul materials to and from construction sites
- Assist with on-site support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations
- Safely operate commercial vehicles
- Communicate effectively with other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Load and unload material, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment as necessary for loading and unloading tasks.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal driving regulations while on the road.
Experience
- Pay will directly reflect experience.
- Previous experience in commercial driving or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus, allowing for basic troubleshooting of vehicle issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $20.00-$29.32 per hour
