Lead Furnace Cleaning Technician
Pay: CA$30.00–CA$45.00 per hour (bonuses, commission, and tips)

Your Role:
As a Lead Furnace Cleaning Technician, you’ll:
- Perform HVAC/furnace & duct cleaning in residential and commercial spaces.
- Operate a Power Vac truck and cleaning tools.
- Lead and supervise a junior assistant on job sites.
- Use Acclaimed!’s CRM for notes, job details, and payment processing.
- Recommend additional services where beneficial.
- Ensure safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction every day.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years furnace & duct cleaning experience, 1+ year as a lead technician.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Supervisory experience and ability to train junior staff.
- Bondable, physically fit, and reliable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, positive, and able to work independently.
- Extra assets: Fall Protection, Confined Space, First Aid or Aerial Work Platform certification.
Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
