Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am–5:00pm | Friday: 7:30am–11:30am

Role Overview
We are hiring a Painter/Labourer to support painting and general labour tasks in our fabrication facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and have experience in industrial painting or working with steel, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Assist with surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and priming steel components.
- Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes.
- Perform general labour duties such as material handling, shop cleanup, and assisting other departments.
- Operate a forklift to move materials safely throughout the yard and facility.
- Support loading and unloading of steel products and fabricated components.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Maintain tools, painting supplies, and work area in an organized and safe condition.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial painting or general labour in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Forklift operation experience (certification is an asset).
- Comfortable with physical work and working in outdoor/indoor industrial environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
