HIRING: Residential Duct Cleaning Technician – HVAC Experience Preferred
This is NOT a janitorial or house cleaning job. This is a skilled, hands-on role in the HVAC industry working with specialized duct cleaning equipment in residential homes.

Central Heating is a growing, locally owned HVAC company based in Barrie, specializing in residential and light commercial indoor air quality. We're expanding and looking for a Residential Duct Cleaning Technician who’s ready to hit the ground running with support from a strong office team and a steady flow of booked jobs.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate duct cleaning equipment (Vacuum Trucks, Rotobrush, etc.)
- Perform duct sealing (we’ll train the right candidate)
- Drive and tow a work trailer (valid license + clean abstract required)
- Provide homeowners with clear explanations of services and upsell additional IAQ solutions using our cloud-based CRM
- Maintain equipment and suggest improvements to truck setups
Who You Are:
- Experienced in duct cleaning (vacuum truck/Rotobrush a big asset)
- Comfortable with trailers and on-site problem solving
- Mechanically inclined – minor maintenance is no problem
- Professional and customer-focused with clean police check
- Tech-savvy enough to use tablets and cloud software
- A self-starter motivated to earn – commission available
Compensation:
Competitive base pay + performance-based incentives. Top earners make well above industry average. This is a great fit for someone who wants the freedom to grow and earn more based on results.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
