Hub City Driving School is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our team of Driving Instructors in the Greater Moncton Area (Moncton, Riverview, and Dieppe).
We offer a full-time position with flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Need:
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of driving experience (Class 5 or higher) with a clean driving abstract
- A clear criminal record check
- Strong communication skills in English and French (oral)
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping others
- Patience, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts (e.g., morning and evening lessons) and weekends
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in teaching, coaching, or customer service
Retired professionals, retired school teachers, and bus drivers are encouraged to apply!
Training Requirement:
The successful candidate must complete the Driver Education Instructor Course through the Department of Justice and Public Safety, which includes:
- A virtual, self-paced theory portion to be completed prior to practical training
- A practical (in-car) training portion, which is remunerated
- A written exam and road test to finalize certification
Schedule:
- Shifts available Monday through Sunday
- Flexible hours with daytime, evening, and weekend availability
- 30-40 hours per week, with the potential for more based on demand
