We’re Hiring: Dozer Operator
Precise. Experienced. Ready to shape the land?
We’re looking for a skilled Dozer Operator to join our excavation team. You’ll handle grading, site prep, and earthmoving tasks on residential, commercial, and municipal projects—always with a focus on safety and accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate dozers to cut, grade, and level terrain
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections
- Read and follow grade stakes, drawings, and site plans
- Work with foremen and crew to meet daily goals
- Adjust blade use to match ground conditions
- Operate safely near utilities and in tight spaces
- Report equipment issues and perform routine checks
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized site
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven dozer operating experience on excavation or construction sites
- Strong grading skills with tight tolerances
- Knowledge of GPS/laser-guided systems (asset)
- Safety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Safety tickets (Ground Disturbance, CSTS, First Aid) are assets
