Duties
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for residential and commercial HVAC jobs.
- Communicate job details clearly to technicians.
- Process data entry tasks accurately, including order processing and shipping documentation.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order status, repair updates, and any potential delays.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling multi-line phone systems.
- Quote minor repairs and follow up with the customer as required
- Help manage and maintain a healthy accounts receivable
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching and office experience (HVAC or trades experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
