Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for dedicated and talented support co-ordinator to join our exciting, hard working and growing team! We are looking for individuals who possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. As a support coordinator, you will play a key role in communication between employees, management and clients.
Schedule: 2 Openings
8:00 pm to 8:00 am (Continental Rotation)
8:00 am to 8:00pm (Continental Rotation)
What you will do:
- Manage queries from the workforce regarding work schedules and making outbound calls when needed to fill last minute or dropped shifts
- Assisting the Support Team Manager with the day-to-day employee/client relationships in a proactive manner
- Respond to employee inquiries, research client/employee issues, resolve service issues/errors and demonstrate proactive, solution-based approach to enhance client relations
- Collaborate with Scheduling Coordinator, HR and Training to ensure recruitment and placement processes to achieve an optimal level of client/staff compatibility
What you will bring:
- 2 years of dispatch experience required.
- Prior Call center experience is an asset
- Proficient experience in administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during high volume phone calls
- Track record of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
