Must have the full knowledge of Flatbed, step-deck
Must have the ability to work in fast paced environment and fluent in English.
Must possess strong negotiation skills, and have the ability to make decisions and problem solving skills.
Candidate must have the knowledge of load link and dispatch software's.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods and materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize supply chain management systems to track shipments and update information.
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to drivers and customers regarding delivery status or any issues that may arise.
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment details and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze transportation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize freight movement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry.
- Knowledge of Loadlink or other transportation management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to assess transportation data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers.
- Understanding of freight operations and logistics processes.
