What is the opportunity?
This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.
This position is for the Director of Investor Services Business Technology (IS BT) Business Management role.
The role is accountable for leading various Business Management functions including Supplier Management function for IS BT, IS BT Planning, Financials, Target Operating Model & Governance functions.
The role is accountable for supporting the strategic delivery of the various Business Management functions and is inclusive of People Management responsibilities.
What will you do?
- Work collaboratively with local and global T&O teams adhering to standards across the Bank
- Lead regional T&O engagements where appropriate
- Support the delivery of regional IT strategic objectives
- Lead a team that ensures the execution of an efficient, transparent & controlled Planning function
- Responsible for leadership reporting on IS BT operating model
- Set strategic objectives for IS BT target operating model & report on progress
- Manages IS BT Supplier Delivery Management teams in support of the WII BT Supplier Management strategy
- Ensures employees understand RBC vision, as well as supports and reinforces targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.

- Proactive attitude married with structured and organized approach
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Proven Financial and Planning competencies
- Proven execution capability of project delivery
