Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong mechanical knowledge base. This role involves operating various drilling equipment and machinery to perform drilling tasks efficiently and safely on construction sites. The Driller will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate drilling equipment, including excavators, horizontal drilling machines, and other heavy machinery.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with crew members to plan drilling operations and execute tasks according to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling operations, including depth, pressure, and material types encountered.
- Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the operation of other construction equipment as needed, including dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and paving machinery.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation with a focus on drilling machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
- Experience in operating dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, graders, and paving machines.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.47-$41.49 per hour
Expected hours: 60 per week
Additional pay:
